Redfaire Continues to Grow
One Year on From Jobs Announcement

One year ago, today, we announced the creation of 40 jobs in our Limerick headquarters. We are happy to report that one year on, thanks to the continued support of our customers, the hard work of our team and the acceleration of businesses moving to the Oracle Cloud, we continue to grow.
 

The announcement took place at Limerick City Hall with guests of honor, Ireland's Minister for Finance, Michael Noonan, Minister for Employment and Small Business, Pat Breen, Mayor of the City and County of Limerick, Cllr Kieran O’Hanlon and Kari Oien and her team from our client Circle K.

We were also delighted to have representatives from Enterprise Ireland, Limerick Institute of Technology and UL with us, all of whom have played, and continue to play a role in our success.

Key Growth Drivers for Redfaire

We’ve been busy over this last year as we continue to invest in innovation, upskilling and growing our presence internationally:
 

• Helping Ambitious Companies to Grow with Oracle ERP: In order to help ambitious companies to get up and running quickly on Oracle ERP Cloud, we have developed a packaged, fixed scope solution which helps companies to gain fast ROI on their investment in Oracle technology.
 

• Creation of Software division, Redwaire:  In light of the investment made in software tools to help our clients optimise business processes and Oracle Applications, we have recently created a dedicated software division, Redwaire.  Redwaire has led to the addition of 5 new development roles to support Redfaire’s overall investment in the IT product side of the organization. The Redwaire team expects to grow further in the coming months. 
 

• Growing Internationally: Redfaire International continues to grow and we have recently added partners in Spain & North America
 

• Oracle Infrastructure as a Service and Platform as a Service:  Oracle‘s investment in IaaS and PaaS offers many exciting opportunities for our clients to innovate and grow. Stay tuned, we‘ll be making an announcement around this in the not too distant future. 
 

• Investing in our Team: Our team is growing across all business functions,  Consulting, Software Development, Finance and Sales, and Marketing.  We continue to invest in our most important asset, our people, by putting in place programmes such as our Junior Consultant Programme.
